His commitment to maintaining standards of excellence while achieving financial goals is demonstrated in his leadership role as Town Architect for the Walt Disney organization’s world-renowned development of Celebration. In addition, his portfolio includes projects ranging from custom homes, many in historic and neo-traditional neighborhoods. He is also the architecture and urban design consultant to the Town of Jupiter, FL, Mr. Mouen also has lectured on architecture, planning and sustainable communities at the Savannah College of Art and Design, Plattsburgh State University, and for community groups nationwide. Mouen graduated cum laude in 1989 with a Masters degree in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
