Each city is headed by an area president or division president responsible for selecting preliminary sites in new communities, monitoring lot completion, planning the home-building schedule, obtaining all necessary permits and constructing, selling and closing the sale. Project managers, who work for the division presidents, are responsible for day-to-day sales, as well as construction and warranty operations.
