Located just over 2 miles from downtown Orlando on the site of the former Naval Training Center, Baldwin Park spans 1,100-acres and is one of the largest in-city redevelopment projects in the country.

Classic architectural styles found in pre-1940's Central Florida neighborhoods are the inspiration for all Baldwin Park homes. A selection of home types from grand custom homes to condominiums make the neighborhood inviting to families, singles, empty-nesters, and retirees. To date, 537 residential units have been sold and approximately 1,100 people are living in the neighborhood toward a goal of 3,600 homes and 8,000 residents at completion.

In addition, Baldwin Park currently offers 120,000 square feet of commercial space with another 135,000 square feet under construction. More than 12 acres are being developed for Neighborhood Offices, providing 3,000-10,000-square foot individual-ownership office buildings as a real estate solution and investment opportunity for small businesses.

Within Baldwin Park, the New Urban Challenge is part of a 10-home planned neighborhood called The Mews, in which every home overlooks a park setting and features alley-accessed garages for a traditional and inviting streetscape.
